Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Fairmont was absolutely delightful! The hotel is stunning, resembling a fairy tale castle, and the Gold level experience truly set it apart with impeccable service and beautiful mountain views. However, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, and response to our concern was lackluster. Also, while the room size was generous, some decor felt outdated, which was slightly disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The breathtaking views and luxurious ambiance left me in awe, and the staff truly made me feel valued and welcomed. I did find some dining options a bit pricey for the value received, but overall, the experience was outstanding. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like royalty, this is it. Just be mindful of the costs associated with dining and parking when planning your budget.
This hotel feels like a majestic castle nestled in the mountains, with breathtaking views and a warm ambiance perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel incredibly welcome, and the outdoor heated pool offers an unforgettable experience amid the winter chill. However, while the facilities and services are top-notch, the dining options could use some improvement to better match the hotel's grandeur.
Our stay at the castle during Christmas was truly magical. The property felt like a fairy tale with exquisitely designed brickwork and elegant interiors. The views were lovely, and the staff provided top-notch service from the moment we arrived. Although the Christmas Day buffet had some cold food, it didn’t overshadow our overall delightful experience. I would highly recommend visiting this enchanting place!
The Fairmont Banff Springs has an impressive exterior and acknowledges its historic charm, but my stay was marred by long check-in times, noise issues, and unexpected fees. While the hotel offers beautiful views and a nice breakfast at the Fairmont Lounge, the pricing and overall experience didn't feel justified, especially considering the extra costs for spa access and other amenities. Be prepared for a luxurious environment, but be cautious about additional charges.
